Cultural Association
A project dedicated to the art of dress, memory, and making.
The association was born from the desire to create a space where clothing is not merely an aesthetic object, but a cultural testimony, a craft gesture, and a means of expression.
The project develops around the creation of a costume archive and the organization of cultural and educational activities that value manual practice, artistic research, and the transmission of knowledge.
The association is currently in its initial phase and is being established in the Bolzano area.
ACTIVITIES
Costume Archive & Rental
Creation and care of a growing costume archive dedicated to theatre, film, performance, photography, and events.
The costumes originate from research, recovery, and artisanal production.
Courses & Workshops
Training programs, hands-on workshops, and courses in textile crafts, art, and artistic practices.
Learning spaces open to different levels, aimed at transmitting skills and preserving forms of knowledge that are at risk of disappearing.
Exhibitions & Events
Organization of exhibitions, installations, and cultural projects related to clothing, the body, performance, textile arts, costume, and fashion.
Moments of encounter between art, material, and community.
Artistic Consultancy
Support for creative, theatrical, and performative projects through visual research, costume development, and artistic direction.
VISION
The association was founded to contribute to the preservation and transmission of manual and textile arts, recognizing them as a fundamental part of cultural heritage.
At a time when many artisanal skills are disappearing, this project aims to create a space where learning, making, and passing on knowledge become a shared act.
A place where the manual gesture regains value, and where clothing becomes narrative, identity, and relationship.
THE PROJECT IS OPEN
The association is currently in the process of formation and growth.
We welcome:
